Each year, delegates are challenged to rethink an iconic development site in the Ontario Market. The 2015 site was the $72m Westbank Mirvish Village Site. The 3.5-acre site includes Honest Ed’s, one of the first big box format stores in North America.

The University of Guelph Undergraduate Real Estate Case Competition (URECC) is designed to attract a collection of the sharpest, most proactive minds in the real estate industry. This Annual Case Competition challenges undergraduate students to redefine the built form environment by undertaking a development plan of a large, iconic site from the current real estate market.
